Our NEW Saddlebag Service Dog Vest Harness starts with a top and bottom layer of extremely high-denier, poly-coated fabric and is fully padded inside with a "No-Stink Interior Padding".
This working dog vest offers unrivaled strength along with water resistance.
The features of this vest are many:
This Saddlebag Service Dog Vest Harness features a clip for your ID Badge along with 3-Welded D-Rings for the attachment of a lead and other items and TWO Detachable (2) Saddlebags to carry the cargo you need for you and your dog. Our detachable saddlebags are made with genuine YKK brand zippers. When attached, the Saddlebags sit at an angle over the dog's shoulders for fantastic weight distribution. They will sit at about a 35 degree angle. Each saddlebag measures 4" tall x 7" wide x 2" deep and are great for emergency medical kits, waste bags, folding dog bowls and more!
The vest comes with 2 patches; one is located on the left-side (typical heeling side) and one is located on top of the vest for easy visibility and each Saddlebag is outfitted with a removable velcro patch as well. That's 4 patches all together.
This vest also features a molded rubberized handle which is lightweight but provides a much better grip than traditional nylon loop handles. It takes up much more of your hand for a fuller, more stable grip.
Additionally, both the girth strap as well as the chest strap are adjustable for the best fit possible. This vest is available in 7 different colors to suit your style! Each of our SVD-0166 Saddlebag Service Dog Vest Harness include four patches of your choice (2 on the vest and one on each Saddlebag - see Style Types. Style must be the same for both patches on the vest) and these will be sewn on for you free of charge by the factory unless you request otherwise.
All girth sizes are measured in inches. Sizes are as follows: (girth measurement) 26-28" 28-30" 30-32" 32-34" 34-36" 36-38" 38-40" 40-42"

A note about sizing - please make sure to measure your dog's girth, TWICE, for an accurate measurement. To do this, use a SOFT FABRIC measuring tape and measure your dog around the chest just behind the front legs. Make sure your dog is standing up while you are doing this. You can also circle your dog's chest with a leash and then measure the leash where you mark it.
Patch Style Choices are: Service dog, Therapy dog, Search and Rescue, In training, Working Dog, Ask to Pet and Do Not Pet. If you do not want any patches sewn on, please select "No Patches"
